Packages to mainland UK for orders over £99 are FREE of any charges, therefore please select the proper button provided on the basket page. The package size does not influence the delivery charges in any way. It is our intention to deliver the package to your door as fast as possible. That is why we are working only with fast reputable couriers. They are doing their best for you to enjoy your acquisition as soon as possible.

What can you do to assist in a timely smooth delivery? Please pay extra care when you input your address details in the corresponding lines of the payment page.

Parcel delivery will be done to the address specified in the checkout page. Not to worry you can always adjust any previous saved address. Change of plan? You can get directly in contact with DHL the courier company that is delivering your parcel and notify them for a different address. Prices for delivery of each item are quoted on or before checkout.

Do you need to track your parcel location every step until it reaches you? Nothing more easy click on the tracking platform from DHL and you can do that with just a click.

Delivery rates

FREE delivery for any product over £99, delivered in mainland UK.

Orders will usually be delivered next working day for any product IN STOCK and for orders received before 12 pm noon time GMT (or BST when applicable) on the working days. For any orders received after 12 pm noon in working days or orders received in weekend days & Bank Holidays, please add one more working day at the delivery estimation. Occasionally we close shop. Being a small team we tend to take annual leaves and testing time of new models together. This, however, will be clearly stated on the top red ribbon of the website. So you can plan for any potential delays prior to the actual purchase.

For the products that are stated on the website to be AVAILABLE ON BACKORDER please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. Those products are not yet in our UK warehouse, but rather on the Continental Europe main hub of our company. The information is clearly stated on the website. You will also be updated regularly about the status of your order.

Despite our best efforts and our partners’ (DHL) intentions, occasionally there will be delays caused by weather. Other reason for potential delays includes: holidays or poor handling of large packages in the warehouse. Rest assured we are monitoring any such delays closely. You will be informed any step of the way about such issues. 

Exceptions to free delivery are courier deliveries to the following regions. The cost for such deliveries is £12, for any parcel no matter the cost of the order:

  • Northern Ireland
  • Scottish Highlands and Scottish Islands
  • Channel Islands
  • Isle of Man

Currently we only serve the UK market therefore we cannot arrange for delivery in any third party countries.

Non-receiving the goods

We do everything in our power to make sure that you receive the ordered products. Sometimes things happen and your purchase might get lost. Please get in contact with us in case this happens as soon as you become aware of it. We will require signing of a one-pager Non-Receipt of Goods Disclaimer Form. After a short investigation with DHL, we can send you a replacement for the particular order, in case that it is in our stock. The form has to be sent back to us, by email or via WhatsApp prior to the start of the investigation of the missing parcel.   

Goods damaged in transit

We are doing our utmost effort to ensure that the packages are delivered in the best possible conditions. However, occasionally the products may be damaged during delivery. If this happens, please document the damages by taking a few photos with your phone prior to using the products, contact us and send them to us via email or WhatsApp, and wait for our feedback. We always insure valuables against damages or loss with our couriers so we can claim any damage to the goods towards them.

In case that the product is damaged beyond usage, we will restore to the original form as new or replace it with a new one depending on the situation. Please make sure you are not using a damaged product as this can threaten your safety, can further produce damages to the product or can erase evidence of the damages produced during transport. It is important to report any damages produced during transportation as soon as you uncover them. Preferably do so before signing the receipt of the parcel, but no longer than one week after receiving them. In the contrary case there is a risk of considering them as exploitation damages as opposed to delivery damages.
